Texas Fine Home Builders, LLC  is a high end residential contractor focusing on architecturally designed custom homes. We work together with architects and designers to satisfy our client’s needs and desires.  Our business through the years has been strictly on referral (word-of-mouth).  We do no advertising, so you know our reputation from someone else already.  We do this with pride in our workmanship and strive for excellence in every stage of the construction process.

Texas Fine Home Builders, LLC offers complete contracting services. From consultation in design stages, estimations, to preliminary and final pricing, we try to make our clients feel comfortable knowing what to expect. We make a great effort to support a strong working relationship throughout the construction process with the Owner, Architect, Designer, Subcontractors, Vendors, and others to bring the project together. Our goal is to make each project the very best it can be.

Texas Fine Home Builders, LLC offices are located at 3801 Kirby, Suite 410 in Houston allowing easy access to our Clients, Architects, Subcontractors, and Vendors. Our office staff is well trained to meet our client’s needs.  

Texas Fine Home Builders, LLC was founded by David Stone in 2004.  David has built and remodeled Houston’s custom homes in River Oaks, Tanglewood, Memorial, And West University since 1998.  He was a superintendent for Renaissance Builders, Inc. then went on to partner with the owner of Renaissance to form Renaissance Services, LLP. David left Renaissance in 2004. He has worked in the building industry in design and retail since 1991. 

Contracts

We prepare both stipulated sum (fixed cost) and Cost Plus (cost of the materials and labor Plus a Builders Fee).  We are willing to find the contract agreement that best suits the client’s needs. We work with our clients with a variety of contract agreements.
